Job Role Summary
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and deliver measurable impact. You’ll manage client relationships, optimize sales operations, and work closely with senior management to execute strategic initiatives — all while inspiring and developing a high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Target Management
Develop sales team objectives based on company strategy and annual targets to achieve key metrics such as sales volume and profit margin.
Track team performance and sales data, analyze results, and provide insights for strategic decision‑making.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, resolving cooperation issues (e.g., product customization, after‑sales service) to drive repeat business.
Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
Assist in establishing and optimizing sales systems, workflows, and performance monitoring processes.
Develop incentive policies and sales processes aligned with market trends.
Monitor team activities, track progress of assigned tasks, and provide timely feedback.
Market Development & Project Support
Collaborate with senior management on new market expansion, major project bidding, and resource allocation.
Support strategic initiatives such as market research, competitor analysis, and business planning.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, define KPIs, and ensure targets are achieved.
Mentor and coach team members to strengthen skills, performance, and alignment with company values.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred majors include Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in team management; top‑performing sales experience preferred.
Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (speaking, reading, and writing). "We are looking for Mandarin‑speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin‑speaking customers."
Strong planning, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations) and basic data analysis.
Strategic thinking with operational execution capability.
Leadership and team‑building.
Goal‑oriented, resilient under performance pressure, and market‑sensitive.
Strong interpersonal and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
