Defect Resolution (Lead)
Defect assessment & rectification (to identify root cause and develop engineering solutions to remedy building defects)
Procurement and Project Management (to develop BQ, Method Statement, Tender Exercise, Cost Control, Project Management)
Claims & Recovery
Contract management (to ensure compliance with legal requirements)
Consultant / Expert Management (to align external parties to the established legal strategy)
Customer Solutions Department
Client / Customer engagement (to represent company in dealing with customer complaints & feedback, endeavoring to achieve amicable solution to contentious issues, defend the company against unsubstantiated claims & allegations, etc)
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
2. Minimum 10 years working experience in construction / defect management
Experience in building defect assessment & resolution, construction rectification, engineering solutions (C&S, Architecture, M&E) and customer solutions,
Familiar with procurement processes, tendering, cost control, and project management.
Ability to manage consultants / experts and align external parties with company objectives.
Proven track record in handling customer complaints and stakeholder engagement.
Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge in Civil & Structural, Architecture, and M&E ability to diagnose and resolve building defects.
