Senior Project Manager

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in Quantity Surveying (QS) or Architecture to oversee property development projects from planning to completion. The role involves managing budgets, timelines, quality, and all stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead property development projects from conceptualization to handover, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Prepare, review, and monitor project budgets, cash flows, and cost plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, QS, contractors, consultants, and authorities.
• Manage procurement, tender processes, and contract negotiations.
• Conduct risk assessments, feasibility studies, and due diligence for development projects.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, building codes, and company standards.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior project staff and QS / architectural teams.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering, cost optimization, and process improvements.
