Reporting to the SEA PMEM (LCS) Manager. Project Management (PM) is responsible for managing and leading local large Projects and driving business objectives, performing projects reviews and driving continuous improvement in Project Management and ensuring Project execution excellence.

Develop & implement local Delivery strategy with agreement to the regional strategy.Ensure project risk / opportunity is identified, assessed, and managed; also plan, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting of project outcomes achieves business and operational goals.Support financial our goals driving project margin improvements.Guide consistency in execution of large projects, parallelly managing medium to small size project based on business needManage all important and confidential documents related to the project.Lead to develop new possible 3rd party suppliers and vendors for different project needs and negotiate with the suitable suppliers for the best price to improve project marginWork with the Lead Engineer of the respective project and project cost control.Explore new possibilities to improve project execution and profit margin by ensuring customer satisfaction.Plan and complete site installation, commissioning work together with the site supervisor and commissioning engineerLead with other responsibilities directly or indirectly connected to the project executionSupport internal auditors to complete internal audit and collaborate for project related external audit and ISO certification processSupport Solution Consultant and Proposal team in the ongoing proposals with project management inputs for better cost optimization and to increase winnability of orderThe Essentials - You Will Have :
Bachelor's degree in engineering / computer science or equivalent. Further education in Business operation or Program / Portfolio management.PMP certificationThe Preferred - You Might Also Have :
Experience in process and controls engineering solutions, within an EPC / EPCM project environment, or equivalent would be desirableExperience with Rockwell Automation technologies and solutions, or equivalentMinimum 6 years of managing projects in Process automation, Smart Manufacturing, industrial control projects and IT.Experience in conflict resolution and people communication skillsExperience in managing subcontractors and direct customer interfaceWhat We Offer :
