Job description

Job Scope – HR Recruiter cum Admin

  • Post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
  • Full end to end recruitment progress.
  • Screen and filter resumes based on job requirements.
  • Contact shortlisted candidates for interviews.
  • Arrange interviews for management and interviewers.
  • Conduct interviews with selected candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new staff.
  • Generate weekly and monthly recruitment reports update to Superior n COO
  • Track and report turnover and rejected candidates
  • Liaise with the marketing department to ensure recruitment numbers stay on track.
  • Reporting to Superior and COO .

Requirement

  • Age below 26
  • Has Own Laptop and Possess own transport
  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Has Experience in Recruitment or Fresh Graduate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Familiar with recruitment platforms and social media.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work with other departments (e.g., marketing).
  • Comfortable in a hybrid work environment.
