Ability to work with other departments (e.g., marketing). Comfortable in a hybrid work environment. Job Scope – HR Recruiter cum Admin
- Post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
- Full end to end recruitment progress.
- Screen and filter resumes based on job requirements.
- Contact shortlisted candidates for interviews.
- Arrange interviews for management and interviewers.
- Conduct interviews with selected candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new staff.
- Generate weekly and monthly recruitment reports update to Superior n COO
- Track and report turnover and rejected candidates
- Liaise with the marketing department to ensure recruitment numbers stay on track.
- Reporting to Superior and COO .
