Administration & Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations, including office maintenance, facility management, and service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage document control such as ISO QMS system and maintain proper records for administrative and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services to support operational needs.
- Supervise and manage third-party service providers, including cleaners, security, and contractors.
- Oversee property management, including lease agreements, utilities, and office space arrangements.
- Handle insurance matters related to company assets, vehicles, and other business-related coverage.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Human Resources & Workforce Management
Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including employment documentation and background checks.Manage and process payroll, benefits, and statutory contributions in compliance with labor laws.Administer and monitor foreign worker (FW) recruitment, permits, and compliance matters.Coordinate employee training and development programs, including HRDC-related initiatives.Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel files.Job Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination.Ability to work independently while ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
