About the Job :
We are a busy heavy machinery company looking for an organized and friendly Administrator to help our Customer Service team. You will be the main person handling the paperwork for all our service jobs, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
What You Will Do :
- Handle Service Job Cards (SJC) : You will track and close the job files for our customers' machines.
- Filing and Organizing : You will keep all important service documents, reports, and customer information neatly filed. This includes both computer files and paper files.
- Support the Team : You will help the Customer Service team with daily tasks, and also on the ad hoc tasks that assigned by the managers.
- Data Entry : You will update customer and job information in our computer system.
Who We Are Looking For :
You have SPM or above.You have 1-2 years of experience in an admin role.You are good with computers, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).You are a very organized person who is careful with details.You can handle several tasks at once without getting stressed.It's a big plus if you have worked in a similar industry before (like a car workshop, factory, or machinery company).Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
