Then come in and join Malaysia team as Sales Specialist Point of care . As a Sales Specialist POC, you will be driving growth of the current portfolio in hospitals, as well as exploring further adoption opportunities. This is a mid-level sales professional role. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, works well with multiple stakeholders, customer-facing, and ready to grow into a regional leadership position. You will engage closely with healthcare providers in the region, supporting POCT needs, with focus areas in managing tender consolidations and submissions, and delivering excellent customer service. Keen interest in POCT informatics is mandatory.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• You will be responsible for building partnerships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals by understanding their diagnostic challenges and delivering tailored point of care solutions.
• You will lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance and competitiveness in the marketplace.
• You will collaborate seamlessly with internal teams including marketing, business partners, and service to deliver end-to-end customer satisfaction.
• You will work closely with appointed business partners where relevant.
• You will provide product training and after sales support to end users to optimize clinical workflows. You will be responsible for analyzing market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
• You will maintain precise sales documentation, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM tools to drive transparency and strategic planning.
• You will represent Siemens Healthineers at industry forums, conferences, and customer meetings with professionalism and integrity.
• You will be responsible for demonstrating your commitment to continuous growth, preparing to take on broader regional responsibilities within ASEAN.
