Job descriptionInstall, configure, and maintain computers, printers and other IT equipment. Support teachers and staff with IT-related classroom tools (e.g., interactive boards, Microsoft 365 and School management system). Monitor and ensure the smooth running of internet and Wi-Fi connections. Assist with system updates, backups, and basic IT security measures. Liaise with external IT vendors or contractors when necessary. Administrative Support Handle basic office administration tasks such as preparing reports, letters, and data entry. Support coordination of school events and activities (IT setup, logistics, admin tasks). Manage inventory and stock for IT equipment and office supplies. Provide general administrative support to the school office as required. Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred. 1–2 years of experience in IT support or administrative role (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered). Basic knowledge of networking, pc troubleshooting and Microsoft 365 cloud. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
