Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 4–8 years of progressive HR experience with 2 years in a business partnering or managerial role would be ideal. Strong understanding of local employment laws, HR policies, and best practices. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability—able to balance big-picture thinking with operational excellence. Experience in driving HR projects, change management, or culture transformation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness and growth.
- Lead the end-to-end HR function : talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Act as a trusted coach and advisor to managers, supporting them in building high-performing teams.
- Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives, fostering a positive, inclusive, and motivating workplace.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies, maintaining fair and consistent HR practices.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop HR team members (if applicable), ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR support to the business.
