Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness and growth.
• Lead the end-to-end HR function : talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Act as a trusted coach and advisor to managers, supporting them in building high-performing teams.
• Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives, fostering a positive, inclusive, and motivating workplace.
• Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies, maintaining fair and consistent HR practices.
• Analyse HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop HR team members (if applicable), ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR support to the business.
