What you'll be doing
- Strategic Partnering : Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, deeply understand business objectives and provide HR insights and solutions to support organizational growth.
- HR System Development : Design, implement and optimize the full spectrum of HR management systems, including organization structure, headcount planning, job grading and compensation frameworks.
- Performance Management : Lead and continuously improve the performance appraisal system to ensure alignment between business objectives and employee outcomes.
- Talent Development & Training : Build and drive talent development programs, succession planning for key positions, leadership development and corporate training initiatives.
- Corporate Culture : Work closely with senior management to shape, communicate and embed company culture and values, enhancing employee engagement and organizational cohesion.
- Employee Relations & Compliance : Identify and mitigate HR risks, ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain positive employee relations.
- Team Leadership : Lead and develop the HRBP team, enhancing overall capabilities and empowering business units to achieve organizational goals.
What we're looking for
Education : Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.Experience :
Minimum of 5–8 years' experience in human resources management, including at least 3 years as an HRBP or HR Manager in a large technology company.
Proven track record in HR system design and implementation, performance management, corporate training, and culture building.Professional Skills :
In-depth knowledge of modern HR practices, especially in HR system management, performance appraisal, training, and organizational development.
Strong business acumen, data analysis and project management skills.Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing abilities across all levels of the organization.Language : Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin (additional languages a plus).Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop an HRBP team.
