Responsibilities include :
- Manage, organize and review operational documents.
- Review and track required renewals and deadlines to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure uninterrupted services and timely deliveries.
- Arrange logistics and resources required for outlets.
- Maintain proper filing systems and records for easy reference and reporting.
- Assist management in preparing operational reports and documentation.
- Support cross-departmental communication to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.Good time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.Experience in handling contracts, agreements, or administrative documents is an advantage.Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Diploma or equivalent qualification; prior experience in operations or administration preferred.Job Type : Full-time
