Operations Executive

Term : Permanent

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle daily logistics operations including shipment coordination, documentation, and tracking.
• Manage import / export processes, including preparation and verification of shipping documents (BL, invoices, packing lists, permits, etc.).
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customs brokers, and relevant authorities to ensure timely cargo movement.
• Monitor and update shipment status to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and trade requirements.
• Assist in resolving operational issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and related operational data.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to support client requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
