Willing to work overtime and able to working or standby on weekends. Ability to independently assess problems and determine the likely cause Ability to install, configure, and maintain hardware and software Ability to monitor IT systems for performance and security Ability to train users on how to use IT equipment and software Ability to work closely with IT teams

Responsibilities :
- Installing hardware and software systems for retail.
- Assist on provide technical consultancy to customer.
- Knowledge of computer operating system, hardware and software.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of electronic / electrical and mechanical engineering.
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- Responsible, fast learner, can multitask efficiently.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
- Prepare documentation for record.
- Perform scheduled maintenance of hardware (physical cleaning, checking and etc)
- Capable of testing and commissioning machines.
