We are looking for a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow our Modern Trade portfolio. This role is responsible for managing strategic key customers, driving business expansion, and achieving the company’s sales and profitability targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop account strategies and identify growth levers for each Key Account to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Execute sales plans and trade marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and drive sell‑in / sell‑out performance.
- Build, engage, and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
- Expand customer base and identify new business opportunities, including new customers and product range listings.
- Monitor and manage DSO to ensure collections are completed within 60 days in line with group targets.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless operations, supply chain efficiency, and timely fulfilment.
- Conduct market surveys and gather market intelligence; analyze trends and provide timely reports to management.
- Undertake any other tasks or assignments as required by management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.5–7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with exposure to Modern Trade / Key Account Management.Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and resolve challenges proactively.Seniority level
