Act as the primary point of contact for customers needing technical support via phone, troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide effective solutions for customer issues, maintain and update databases while ensuring system security, analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest product improvements, and guide customers through step-by-step instructions to resolve issues efficiently. At least SPM graduate. Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or technical support (BPO, IT, or related industry preferred). Required language(s) : Mandarin & English. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Able to work in 24 / 7 Rotational Shift (5 day working 2 days off in a week). Job Benefits
