Job Scope :
- Manage the full spectrum of the Human Resources and Admin department, including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development, Employee Relation and Industrial Relation.
- Manage the monthly payroll and report whilst maintain all the data accurately and in confidential.
- Liaise with local government, authorities, agencies and statutory bodies in relation to the regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate the recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing candidates, interviewing and new employee on board procedures.
- Manage with agent in sourcing of foreign workers and oversees other related matters such as renewal of permit, welfare, accommodation, disciplinary issues etc.
- Provide HR expertise to other department heads for staff counselling and grievances, terminations, and other employee related matters.
- To assist in conducting of investigations and domestic inquiries upon receipt of complaints or reports on indiscipline.
- Responsible for employee engagement activities by organizing events for the company.
- Provide the necessary confidential administrative support for MD including office administration functions.
- Manage overall office and factory administration including overseeing the outsourced security guards.
- Perform ad-hoc or any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time
Requirements :
Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.At least 3-4 years of experience in HR fieldExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; good command in both English and Bahasa MalaysiaDynamic individual and proven record of being a successful HR practitioner.Strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law and other related legislation.Ability to work independently and is a highly self-motivated individualGood MS-Office skills (Excel, PPT)If you are interested to apply, kindly submit your updated resume in DOC / PDF format and allow our Consultant to match you with our Clients.
