Job descriptionMinimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. Good knowledge of Malaysian Labour laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of staff. Proficient in MS office, experience with HR system / software is an advantage.
Key Responsibilties :
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and staff benefits and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards.
- Handle performance management process, including appraisals, career development and training needs analysis.
- Manage HR documentation, reporting and staff records efficiently.
- Provide advise and support to management on HR strategies, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
