HR Executive

Job Summary :

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, overseeing employee training and development, and ensuring effective performance management within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Recruitment :
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
• Post job advertisements on various platforms and screen resumes.
• Conduct interviews and manage the selection process.

Prepare and extend job offers, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

Training and Development :

Maintain training records and track employee progress.

Performance Management :

Address performance-related issues and work with employees to develop improvement plans.

Employee Relations :

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

HR Administration :
