Job descriptionDiploma or higher qualification in Information Technology or related field. Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Hands-on experience with network architecture and Windows-based systems is preferred. Candidates with CCNA or MCSE certification will be given priority. Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule. This position will be based in Macau and Malaysia.
Responsibilities :
- Provide on-site technical support for a variety of client systems and environments.
- Perform independent troubleshooting and resolution of system-related issues.
- Assist in the management, evaluation, testing, and deployment of client systems, servers, and related infrastructure.
- Carry out configuration, installation, and setup of new client devices for end-users.
