IT Engineer

Job Description :

We are actively seeking fresh graduates who are passionate about IT and eager to build a career in data center operations and infrastructure. Open roles include :

1. IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle incident tickets according to SOPs, including incident acceptance, recording, routing, escalation, tracking, and summarizing.
• Execute change tasks as per change plans, including equipment installation / removal and structured cabling.
• Register and manage the entry / exit of data center personnel and supplier equipment.
• Supervise on-site construction and enforce safety regulations within the data center.
• Monitor data center equipment, perform regular inspections, report faults, and participate in 24 / 7 shift rotations.
• Manage the receipt / dispatch of equipment and assets; ensure accurate tracking of all inventory including consumables.
• Assess data center utilization and suggest optimization improvements, driving implementation.
