Account Executive cum Admin

We are seeking an Account Executive cum Admin to join our dynamic team at R & D ARCHITECT STUDIO SDN. BHD. in our Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our Architecture business.

What you’ll be doing

• Assists in maintaining a complete set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, cash book, journals).
• Supports month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assists in preparing financial reports, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Monitors and updates accounting records / system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Liaises with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when required.
• Provides general administrative and clerical support to the finance department.
• Manage client accounts and relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Prepare and process client invoices, track payments, and ensure timely collection.
• Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
