Job description

Responsibilities :

Plan, coordinate, organise and execute events and activities for the Company to enhance brand visibility and bring awareness, including but not limited to outlet activities, exhibition and etc.
Collaborate and liaise with sales and marketing teams to understand event objectives, requirements and preferences.
Execution of events, including setup, registration, health screening, promote company products, coordination of activities and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Responsible working in various type of events, managing all pre-events, during events and post-events operations of the department.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field.

Minimum 1 years of working experience in event management.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Willing to travel and must possess own transport.

Sales skill, good time management and communication skills in English, Malay, Cantonese, Mandarin and able to interact professionally with all levels of people.

Possess good working attitude, willing to learn, ability to work independently, good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
