Assistant Human Resources Manager (KL) (L&D and HR Coms)
We are seeking a proactive and emotionally intelligent Assistant HR Manager to lead Learning & Development initiatives across our regional offices, while driving HR communication, engagement, and well‑being programs. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑jurisdictional environment and is passionate about building capability and culture. This role reports to the CHRO.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning & Development (Primary Focus)
- Design and implement L&D programmes aligned with business goals
- Coordinate training calendars, vendors, and budget tracking
- Facilitate onboarding, leadership development, and performance enablement
- Track learning outcomes and report on impact metrics
- Partner with regional HR leads to harmonise development efforts
- Drive culture‑building initiatives (values workshops, team‑building, recognition programmes)
- HR Communication, Engagement & Well‑being (Secondary Scope)
- Plan and implement quarterly newsletters and internal communication campaigns
- Develop onboarding collaterals and ensure consistent employee experience
- Organise team bonding activities, townhalls, and retreats
- Drive well‑being initiatives to support employee health and engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee engagement across regions
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Marketing, or Business6 and above years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in L&D or talent developmentStrong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience in HR communications and engagement initiativesFamiliarity with employment practices across mainly Singapore and MalaysiaExperience with data‑driven measurement, HRIS systems, and digital learning platforms preferredEmotionally intelligent, organised, and collaborativeStrong presentation and facilitation skillsExperience in conducting basic in‑house training is a plusWillingness to travel occasionally (min. twice a month) across regional officesWhat We Offer
