About the role

Mewah Group is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Executive to join our Operations team as an Executive, Operations (Freight Desk). This full-time role will be based in our Shah Alam, Selangor office and is a crucial position within our Freight / Cargo Forwarding operations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the freight desk, including tracking shipments, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring timely delivery
• Liaise with clients to understand their freight requirements and provide updates on the status of their shipments
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation for freight movements, including customs clearance and regulatory compliance
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the freight forwarding process
• Maintain accurate records and data related to freight activities
• Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and provide a high level of customer service
