Job descriptionThis is a remote / work-from-home (WFH) role with a working schedule of 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm. Salary rate for this position is : RM2500 / month. Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, leave management, and employee relations. Perform administrative duties such as document management, record-keeping, and data Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to address HR-related Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies. Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes. Support HR projects and initiatives as needed. Supporting training and development by creating programs and conducting employee Applicant must have Malaysian HR and payroll experience. Applicant is expected to learn Proficient in Microsoft Teams (added advantage) IT-savvy and comfortable using HR software and digital tools (added advantage) Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English.
