Be the Voice of Excellence — Join Startek Malaysia as a Mandarin-Speaking Customer Service Representative

Location : Ara Damansara ( walking distance from Ara Damansara LRT Station )

Position : Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaker)

Employment Type : 2 years contract (renewable basis)

Work Schedule

working days per week, including weekends and public holidays
working hours per day (with 1.5 hours of scheduled breaks)
Rotational shifts ensure variety and work-life balance

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone calls in Mandarin and English

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery

Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
