Key Responsibilities
- Sales Budget : Setting and achieving sales budget for assigned customers based on approved DGP, explore all avenues to expand business and increase sales volume for the assigned customer.
- Stocks availability and fulfilment – record of CSL measurement
- Presentation : Use Market Trends, Data, Store Audits and competitor intelligence to develop NPD concepts that are market leading and suitable proposals.
- Quotations & customer contracts : Prepare quotes for customers, and prepare rationale for the cost breakdown to manage the negotiation tactics.
- Project Management via Key Data Schedules
- Key holder for all projects.
- Manage and keep track on product launching timeline by communicating and co-ordinating with customer & all relevant internal departments to ensure smooth product launching.
- Ensure that related customer queries are responded in a timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints and follow up with QA team closely to resolve cases.
- Overall portfolio / key account management : including but not limited to regular customer performance review
