Location : UOA Business Park, Shah Alam
Basic Salary : RM2,400 + Incentives (up to RM2,000 – RM3,000 based on performance)
Working Days : 5 Days rotational with 2 days off
Shifts : Rotational (9 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM / 12 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM)
Job Responsibility
- Communicate clearly with potential and existing customers to help them understand our services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as WhatsApp communication, in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage and follow up on customer enquiries to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
- Ensure all support tickets are handled effectively by advising customers to visit designated service centres for inspections.
- Share accurate and updated product and service information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system (training will be provided).
- Achieve individual and team sales or service targets.
- Provide simple daily reports and valuable customer feedback to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Work independently, stay self-motivated, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree qualification.No prior experience required — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays when needed.Strong customer service mindset, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.Perks & Benefits
