Overview

We are a dynamic event marketing and communications agency based in Kuala Lumpur, serving a wide range of corporate clients across Malaysia and Cambodia . From large-scale conferences and corporate anniversaries to experiential activations and brand campaigns, we pride ourselves on creating impactful experiences that leave a lasting impression. We are looking for an Event Manager to lead our event department and drive excellence with a small but capable team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and marketing events for our clients.
  • Oversee a small team of event executives, ensuring smooth workflow, delegation, and performance.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Manage event budgets, proposals, and timelines to deliver high-quality results.
  • Provide creative input and strategic recommendations to enhance event concepts and experiences.
  • Troubleshoot issues during planning and on-site to guarantee seamless execution.
  • Prepare post-event reports and analyses to measure success and identify improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record (minimum 4–6 years) in event management, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to run a small team.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creativity and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and event / project management tools.
  • Flexibility to travel and work beyond office hours when required (event days, client demands).
