Confirmation Increment for performing staff

Job Description

Responsible on purchasing requisitions, quotation enquiries, issuance of

purchase order and invoicing.

Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing materials, price negotiation and

delivery status.

To gather & update information on materials suppliers

To key into Stock Control Systems for materials received base on delivery

orders.

To attach all invoices with the delivery orders & purchase orders before

passing them to the accounts department

Maintain supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

Monitoring stock and prepare inventory reports

To perform any other tasks as and when required by Management from

time to time

Requirements

At least 2 years (s) of working experience

Able to speak in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
