Hotel reservation Project : Customer Success Specialist (English & Mandarin speaking)

• location : KL, G tower
• Job Details : managing guest requests of hotel booking, restaurant, spa, entertainment and transportation reservations, facilitating in-room dining orders.
• Method : inbound call, livechat, Email
• Operations hour : 24 / 7, rotational shift, Shift allowance provided
• 5 working days in a week, 9 hour per day
• Salary : Basic package up to RM 4,000 + Language allowance RM 300 and Variable incentive
