Job descriptionTo handle all customer queries on technical matters such as Modbus RTU, FanScout. To carry out sales responsibilities such as creating retrofit sales opportunities, on-site verification of warranty claims, spot measurement of AHU / FCU / CT, on-site supervision of retrofit projects. Identify and generate sales opportunities through the development of new and existing accounts to achieve company sales target. Responsible for all sales & technical support activities, particularly retrofit sales in assigned area including implementing effective sales strategies to meet the set target. Establish close working relationships with consultants and main contractors for projects. Manage, service and grow existing accounts with Key Account Customers. Market and promote energy saving solutions via retrofitting to all prospective customers with AHU / CT / FCU / FFU. Monitor and track the sales process effectively to close the sales.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must Minimum Diploma & above in Engineering
- Good communication skills
- Good technical foundation (electrical / mechanical).
- Field industrial sales experience will be highly advantageous, especially in rotating equipment industry.
- Results oriented with the ability to define problems, exhibit sound judgement and take initiative to develop alternative solutions.
- Ability to work with others in an effective manner, ensuring quotes are completed and submitted on time to customers.
- Excellent internal and external customer focus and comprehension.
