Job Title : Utilities Facility Operation & Maintenance Technician

Location : Rawang, Selangor

Salary budget : MYR 2,500 - 3,500 per month (inclusive of base & OT) for technician level

About the Role

The Equipment Operation & Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring the reliable operation of Linergy Power’s production facilities by managing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems. This position involves proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of equipment performance to minimize downtime and support high-quality production output.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain factory equipment and utility systems to ensure stable performance.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment such as air compressors, chillers, vacuum pumps, motors, HVAC systems, and power distribution units.
• Diagnose issues, perform on-site repairs, and escalate unresolved problems to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, operational data, and spare parts usage.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and maintenance schedules.
• Support production continuity by responding promptly to equipment failures or performance deviations.
