Project Management Office Executive

Join the dynamic team at DXN Holdings Bhd as a Project Management Executive. In this full-time role based in Cyberjaya, Selangor, you will play a key part in driving the successful delivery of strategic projects for the company. Your strong administrative and organizational skills will be essential in supporting the project management process and ensuring seamless execution.

What you'll be doing :

• Assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of various projects
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports and other record
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, track progress and resolve issue
• Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling meetings and managing communications
• Monitor and report on project milestones, budgets and timelines
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
