Job Description

Position : Import Export Executive

Location : Klang

Preferred : Experience in the Freight Forwarding industry

Skills : Operations, Client Relationship, Team Management and Negotiation

Salary : RM 3500 to RM 6000 Per Month (Will be based on interview performance)

Employment Type : Full Time

Requirements

• Prepare, verify, and process export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instructions, Bill of Lading / AWB, Certificate of Origin and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, CFS / ICD, and overseas agents to ensure timely booking and cargo movement.
• Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation as per customer and regulatory requirements.
• File Shipping Bills and liaise with Customs / CHA for export clearance.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms, DGFT, Customs, and Export-Import regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and correspondences.
• Provide shipment status updates to customers and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams (pricing, sales, accounts) to ensure smooth operations.
