Customer Service Agent (Careline Support)
Location : Petaling Jaya
Key Responsibilities :
Handle transport-related inquiries via calls, chat & email
Provide accurate info & solutions to customers
Resolve complaints & escalate when needed
Work with team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements :
Experience in customer service (preferred)
Good English (Mandarin is an advantage)
English & BM required
Strong communication & multitasking skills
Willing to work shifts (8AM – 12AM), weekends & PH (MY / SG)
Rotational day-off
Job Type : Contract
Contract length : 12 months
Pay : RM3, RM3,800.00 per month
