Job description

Role - Customer Service Agent

Project - E-commerce (TW) (Intake- 26th Sep)

Work Timings : -7 am - 11 am (Earliest Shift is 7 am, Latest shift will end at 11 pm)

Workweek : 5 days on, 2 days off (rotational schedule).

Preferably Diploma and above. SPM with BPO CS experience is acceptable.

Salary : Basic : RM3.6k + 500 Language Allowance, RM500 Month KPI incentive

Working Location : Based at Sunway Visio Tower, Lingkaran SV, Sunway Velocity, 55100 Kuala Lumpur

for 1st 3 months must WFO. 4th month based on performance, can entitle WFH

Job Description :

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve platform operation issues through non-voice channels (e.g., email, chat).
  • Make occasional outbound calls to customers for follow-up or to clarify issues.
  • Review and coordinate return and refund requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle user issues related to financial transactions and logistics.
  • Manage account-related inquiries, including issues with platform permissions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and system-related activities in internal tools

Skills :

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Taiwanese Mandarin.
