HR Officer

Job Purpose : Handle foreign workers payroll, daily administrative and human resources duties.

Key Accountabilities :

• Process monthly payroll for foreign workers, including overtime, allowances, and leave.
• Strong leadership to inspire and motivate team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Assist ad-hoc task assigned by Superior from time to time.
• Handle statutory contribution (SOCSO, EPF) for foreign workers.
• Maintain and update foreign workers' master data and HRMS records.
• Maintain and update HRMS records, including new joiner details, transfers, contact information, and other employee data changes
• Prepare HR-related letters (e.g. transfer, confirmation)
• Handle and process all Socso-related claims for employees
• Manage personal files and general HR administration.
• Provide professional communication and support to employees.
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :

Location : Cheras, Kuala Lumpur

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
