Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in supporting the HR function, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
