JOB DESCRIPTION
As an HR Manager, you will support day-to-day human resources operations, staff welfare, and administrative duties. Key responsibilities include :
Core Responsibilities :
Plan, organize, and implement HR policies & procedures aligned with company objectives.
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including :
Recruitment & selection.
Payroll, leave, attendance & employee records.
Disciplinary actions, warning letters, and compliance with Malaysian labor law.
Staff training & development.
KPI structuring & performance evaluation.
Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure effective two-way communication.
Support management in workforce planning for factories (Malaysia & Indonesia) and retail businesses.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years experience in HR management (experience in manufacturing is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act 1955, EPF, SOCSO, EIS.
Excellent communication skills in Malay & English (basic Mandarin is an added advantage).
Independent, proactive, and able to handle employee issues with firmness and professionalism.
SALARY : RM4,500 – RM5,000 per month (Full-time, Permanent)
