Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including aligning hiring needs with department managers, posting job ads, screening resumes, arranging interviews, issuing offers, and onboarding new hires.
Establish and maintain efficient recruitment channels, including but not limited to JobStreet, Hiredly, LinkedIn, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, campus recruitment, and employee referral programs.
Be accountable for recruitment outcomes and ensure timely, high-quality, and accurate hiring for key positions (e.g., warehouse operators, warehouse operations specialists, forklift drivers, administrative staff, etc.).
Liaise with foreign worker agencies and government authorities (e.g., Immigration Department, Labour Department) to handle applications, visas, permits, and renewals for foreign workers.
5.Ensure 100% compliance with legal requirements, maintain accurate documentation, and be prepared for government audits.
Manage the renewal, updates, and cancellation of foreign worker permits to avoid any overdue risks.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and tracking sheets in real-time.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
