IT Project Manager

Overview

Highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate smart factory automation initiatives within semiconductor manufacturing operations.

Strong background in IT project management, combined with hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for smart factory automation initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, IT, and external vendors to deliver automation solutions.
• Manage integration of MES, SFI, EI, Scheduling, EI, Automation.
• Ensure alignment of IT infrastructure with manufacturing goals, including data acquisition, analytics, and predictive maintenance.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in automation processes and digital transformation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, cybersecurity protocols, and data governance policies.
