Job description

Primary Responsibilities

The position requires a detail-oriented candidate to manage the day-day functionality of the membership program & CRM systems, including and not limited to managing the membership database, attending to the member's requests and inquiries, auditing the member's points transaction.

Key Responsibilities

Take charge of all administrative matters relating to loyalty and CRM :

To maintain and update the membership database to ensure data accuracy through regular data audits and cleansing activities.

  • Plan and execute targeted personalized communications with members.
  • Audits member's points transaction to ensure points transactions were performed correctly.
  • Efficiently and professionally manage customer requests and inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with different business units to execute tasks related to member privileges.
  • Preparation of SOP for Loyalty program execution.
  • Collaboration with IT or related parties to design and implement automation processes, workflows, and approval processes within existing / new systems to streamline marketing activities
  • Daily maintenance of CRM systems.
  • Assist and execute any works as assigned & deemed necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Possess a Diploma in Statistics, Business Administration, or any equivalent qualification in a related field
  • 1 year working experience in related experience in business / functional analysis or administration.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as on job training will be provided.
  • Willing to travel onboard for assignments / projects.
  • What we're looking for

  • Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (oral and written) preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Good knowledge of application software including Microsoft Excel / Access and PowerPoint.
  • A high level of numeracy and analytical ability with strong business sense.
  • Must be very detail-oriented, meticulous, and efficient.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills and analytical skills.
  • Analytical-minded with good problem-solving skills.
