Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations and reports as required by team members.
  • Assist various departments and team members with administrative tasks and projects as required, offering general office support.
  • Assist to check the staff travelling expenses claim. Request the staffs records and submit original receipts for all claim and double check amount match those being requested for reimbursement.
  • Ability to produce accurate and thorough work, paying close attention to details.
  • Ability to address challengers and find solutions independently or with minimal guidance.
  • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements as and when required.
  • To manage employee records, attendance and vacation schedules.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior as when required from time to time.

Experience / Skills Requirements :

  • Preferable one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduated also welcome to apply
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Required language : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
