Working Hour : Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM

Job Scope :

• Assisting in updating the job opening tracker and weekly status tracker sheet.
• Posting job ads and filtering suitable candidates
• Update on weekly basis, what are the current openings that yet to send out CV
• Remind directors and managers for interview scheduled
• Assist in CW matters and other ad-hoc matters related to PERM
• Ensure sufficient sundries in office
• Organize and support company events such as team building
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
