We are hiring : Project Manager with responsibility for the end-to-end execution of a landmark stadium construction project, overseeing planning, coordination, and delivery according to international quality, safety, and sustainability benchmarks. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep technical experience in large-scale civil and structural works.

Overview

The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end execution of a landmark stadium construction project, overseeing planning, coordination, and delivery in line with project KPIs and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall stadium construction project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Supervise large, multi-disciplinary teams (35,000+ workforce) including engineers, subcontractors, and project consultants.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract management in line with project KPIs.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations, HSE standards, and corporate governance policies.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and design teams to ensure design intent and construction quality are achieved.
• Report regularly to the Project Director and client stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risk, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive productivity improvement, cost optimization, and timely project delivery within approved budget and quality standards.
• Foster collaboration between Malaysian authorities, consultants, and international project partners.
