Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six-floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur.

The Hotel introduces several unique dining outlets to the city, including a Cantonese restaurant, lobby and rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers.

Chef de Partie (Sushi) - All Day Dining Kitchen

Curate is a vibrant and bustling buffet restaurant renowned for offering an extensive array of high-quality, fresh, and delicious international cuisines. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional dining experience where presentation, freshness, and variety are paramount.

The Chef de Partie (Sushi) - All Day Dining Kitchen is a crucial member of our sushi station, responsible for the efficient and high-quality preparation, presentation, and maintenance of all sushi and Japanese offerings on the buffet line.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare a high volume of various types of sushi according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Cook and prepare sushi rice to perfection, seasoning it correctly and maintaining it at the proper temperature.
• Slice, fillet, and prepare a variety of fish and seafood with precision and care.
• Cut, slice, and julienne vegetables and other ingredients for sushi rolls and garnishes.
• Ensure all sushi items are produced consistently in terms of size, appearance, and quality.
